Below is a list of general policies and procedures for potential buyers through the websites owned and managed by French’s Shoes and Boots, LLC. These policies and procedures only relate to online purchases. For store policies and procedures, please refer to the store managers.

Return Policy

Frenchsbootsandshoes.com will accept returns for exchange or credit within 30 (thirty) business days of the ship date. Frenchsbootsandshoes.com will not accept any item after this 30 (thirty) day time period.

When the item arrives, please immediately check each item carefully to make sure the item fits properly and that there are not any defects. When trying on boots walk only on carpeted areas until it is certain the boots fit correctly.

Merchandise may only be returned if it is in NEW CONDITION (i.e. tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Altered or worn items will not be exchanged.

Return shipping charges will be paid by French’s Shoes and Boots in the event of defective goods. Otherwise, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Return Process

Click on the “Contact Us” tab on the website and leave a detailed description requesting a return authorization number (RA#). Make sure to include the order number as well as the name and email address corresponding to the order. Within 3 business days an e-mail will be sent back with a return authorization number.

Please include a copy of the receipt with the returned item as well as the RA# printed on the label and return it to the address below via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

If you are to receive credit, please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Product Availability

Frenchsbootandshoes.com strives to offer the best selection of western and footwear in the country. The products are routinely updated so that the stock is up to date. Occasionally, high demand causes a shortage of certain items but it is our goal to be able to fill any order in a timely manner. If we do not have an item that you ordered in stock, we will try our best to work with you in order to find you something that meets your needs.

Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped. Confirmation and tracking number will be sent via e-mail when it is available.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept French’s Shoes and Boots gift cards at this time. Please visit one of our locations to redeem your gift card.

Shipping Rates & Policies

All orders placed on this website will be shipped via UPS ground. The UPS Shipping Rates are calculated by weight and distance. The dollar amount for shipping and handling will be calculated and displayed on your “cart” at the time of your order. We do not charge any extra amount for handling. The shipping amount is derived directly from UPS.com. It normally takes approximately 1-3 business days to fulfill orders and then another 3-5 business days for the item to be delivered to the appropriate address.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email from our website department once your order is received in-house. Another e-mail will be sent when the order is shipped via UPS. The tracking number should be listed in this email. Once your order ships, it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.

If your order appears late, remember:
*Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
*Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
*All orders placed after 3:00 pm CST (Monday through Friday) are processed the following day.
