French's has been committed to serving our customers for many years. We pride ourselves on the best selection of top-quality products and the best customer service anywhere! This also applies to our Web store, so if you find the product you want to purchase on sale for a lower price on another website, and it's identical to the one you found on our site, we are happy to match it. Just send a link to the product to info@frenchsllc.com, and we will contact you to take your order within 48 hours. Please be aware that not all size/color combinations are priced the same way, so the link to the product you send us must have the product available in your desired size and color.
*Link must be sent to customer service prior to purchase. Frenchsbootsandshoes.com does not honor:
- Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined
- Items purchased from French's or Frenchsbootsandshoes.com more than 7 days prior to price match request
- In-store pricing
- Misprinted ad prices of other retailers
- "Going out of business" sales or "closeout" prices
- Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price - example: "Buy [A] to get [B] for $C"
- Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product - example: "Buy both [A & B] to get [C] for free"
- Items that require a purchase to get a gift card - example: "Buy [A] to get a $B gift card
- Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
- Percentage off - example: "All boots 20% off"
