Policy:
French's Shoes and Boots will accept returns for exchange or credit within 30 (thirty) business days of the ship date. French's will not accept any item after this 30 (thirty) day time period.
When the item arrives, please immediately check each item carefully to make sure the item fits properly and that there are not any defects. When trying on boots walk only on carpeted areas until it is certain the boots fit correctly.
Merchandise may only be returned if it is in NEW CONDITION (i.e. tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Altered or worn items will not be exchanged.
Return shipping charges will be paid by French’s Shoes and Boots in the event of defective goods. Otherwise, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
